We will experiment with natural comfort measures and birth with different tools. Prenatal visits are arranged over audio/video calls.
Support during birth is very important. Birth support consists of creating a birth plan, on-call support 2 weeks before due date, setting up a quite comfy environment for labour, and birth plans
Immediate 2 hour postpartum support after the birth, support for both parents, and help with minor daily chores and sibling care. Also includes breastfeeding support. Will also assist with meal prep for the family
Will support mother with attachment and breastfeeding, including baby care.

Laura has been practicing as a trained Doula sine completing her H.E.R.B.A.L certification in 2020. She has four beautiful children that have shown her that each pregnancy is unique, and a parent's needs can change from one child to the next. Her passion for ensuring children's needs are met turned to the most natural ways for that to happen, by ensuring parents feel confident and free to focus on what matters most to everyone - you new baby.
